Why should I do Yoga?
"I can't even touch my toes!" I hear it all the time... but whether you can or not, it actually has little to do with Yoga.

The "age" of our bodies is in large part determined by the flexibility of our spine, as well as the health of our muscles, joints, nervous system & circulatory system. So, no matter where your body is now, or how slowly you want to ease into yogic practice - increasing flexibility and positive movement, in effect, makes you younger.

As well as stronger - connecting to the great strengths found in your core (physical, emotional and spiritual) also brings the ability to manage your stress, be honest with yourself and then let that strength radiate into all you do
