$15 for one, $24 for two (Register with a friend, or pay for two classes at one time.) Please call or email to sign up, space is limited
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel a lesson with more than 48 hours notice, you can reschedule that class. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you lose 100% of the lesson cost.
Need to let go of stress and find a restful practice? Reclining Restorative Yoga practices are designed specifically to stimulate the rest & restore part of your nervous system - something that we don't often get, even when we're sleeping.
Come recline in various yoga poses on comfy pillows, blankets and other props. The poses encourage muscular release, which is a little different than an active stretch - it focuses more on the breath and then allowing the body to "take shape" over the props - encouraging tight muscles to release and relax.
These supported Asanas (poses) are combined with Pranayama (breathing practices), Meditation, Aromatherapy and a little Gentle Massage to create a total mind, body and spirit experience.
